Persistent Technical Problem with Telekom Hotspot Pass

Hi,

 

I bought the Telekom Hotspot pass for a period of 1 month for 29.95 euros. Unfortunately, I'm repeatedly asked to login with my email address and password to start the internet connection. In other words, it keeps asking me to login again and again when I'm already logged in. When I logout and then login again, it seems to work for some minutes, after which it asks me to login again. This goes on like this forever. Sometimes I don't get the internet connection at all despite repeated logout/login.

 

I live in Heidelberg. This technical issue happened before at another time when I tried to use Telekom Hotspot on my phone in Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg. Now, the same technical problem is present when I'm at home (Weststadt/Heidelberg) on my computer. I don't think this problem is related to my location or devices.

 

Is it possible to cancel the pass and receive a refund? I tried to use the pass only for a few hours. You can subtract the cost of the daily pass (4.95 euros) from the total amount I paid, and then refund the remaining amount.
