I filled my profile with my name and surname, but I don't have mobile phone number because this order is related to a sim-card request. Same thing with the customer number or, if I have it, I don't know.

Hi,
I think that link does not work for this case. The only number that I have, the order number, does not fit in there.
So I am unable to cancel it by myself. Additionally, I did not receive any email with order confirmation.

How should you verify my identity? I also did not receive any email asking for it.
At this point, the only thing I would like is to cancel this one and I am not able to do that anywhere.

Hello @anadamas,
thank you very much for your feedback here.
As long as you have not yet received an order confirmation including cancellation instructions, there is no order at all.
Therefore, no revocation is required or possible.
Don't worry, even if there is an order for a prepaid contract, it will be cancelled after two weeks at the latest if you do not participate in the online/video identification procedure.
