How can I cancel an order of a device?

Once you receive the order confirmation, you can cancel within 14 days. It also describes exactly how to do it.

If a cell phone is already on its way to you, it's best to refuse to accept it.

How can I cancel an order of a device?
The "how" is one thing - the "whether" is the other one.
If you have the right to cancel ("Widerruf") then you follow the hint that @→Mataimaki← gave you.
German law gives you the right to "Widerruf" only for selected cases - clearly if the contract was ordered online, via phone or via chat. But not in a shop (whereas if the order was done in an official Telekom shop then possibly Telekom might grant you the right to "Widerruf")
