No data on pre-paid.

I have a pre-paid sim. Every month I top it up. This month I ran out of data early so put an extra 15€ on it, but it has not loaded onto my account. I have not had any data for the past 3 days. I have tried calling and the askmagenta but neither have helped. I have paid the 15€ I would like to be able to access it please.

      How did you charge 3 days ago?
      By bank transfer or by code directly on the phone?

      With a bank transfer it can take 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) until it is credited.
