Need Help – Switched to Telekom, No SIM Received Yet

I moved my network to Telekom today as part of a Samsung mobile preorder. I received an email confirming that my network has been switched to Telekom, but I have not received my SIM card yet.

I tried reaching customer service, but they only speak German and disconnected the call when I couldn’t communicate in German.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? How can I contact Telekom for support in English? Any help would be appreciated!

      Hello @user_927a64 ,

       

      I'm sorry that the experience hasn't been good so far. 

      The customer service can usually connect you with English-speaking colleagues. :(

       

      In order to send you an eSIM directly, I will need an authentication via SMS Tan, which isn't possible since you have no SIM card at all.

       

      That is why I recommend visiting a Telekom Shop near you, so you can get the SIM card immediately.
