Mobilvertrag hinzufügen in Mein Magenta App nicht möglich.

Guten Tag,

ich habe versucht, in „Mein Magenta“ App meinen neuen Mobilvertrag zu dem bereits bestehende Festnetzvertrag hinzuzufügen. Leider ist das nicht möglich und wird seit ein paar Tagen mit folgender Meldung quittiert:

Um Details zu dem Festnetz-und Mobilvertrag zu sehen, muss ich immer sehr aufwendig im Internet unter „Telekom.de“ anmelden.

    Hallo Leute,

    nach diversen Telefonaten und Schreiben mit der Deutschen Telekom, hat sich das Problem inzwischen erledigt.

    Ich kann nicht sagen was geschehen ist, aber als ich heute Vormittag nochmals in die App "Meine Magenta" reingegangen bin, konnte ich meinen Handy Vertrag einsehen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
