Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:

Am einfachsten ist das du direkt in denn nächsten T-Shop in deiner Nähe gehst und dir die Smkarte Tauschen lässt.. Die kannst du dann direkt mitnehmen.. Deine Rufnummer darfst du natürlich behalten... Kosten hab ich nun nicht im Kopf aber mehr als 30€ werden es sicher nicht sein...
Du kannst aber auch die Hotline anrufen und dir da eine neue Karte zuschicken lassen.. Da erfährst du auch direkt eventuelle Kosten...
Du kannst die Hotline kostenlos übers Handy unter der Nummer 2202 erreichen...
Übers Festnetz ist es ebenfalls kostenlos die Nummer 0800 33 02202 :)

Hallo Aliciaba__ wie @Jeeg schreibt , am schnellsten geht's im nächsten Telekom Shop , dort kannst du deine SIM sofort aktiviert mitnehmen ! Telefonisch oder im Kundencenter den Tausch der SIM beauftragen geht selbstverständlich auch , der Versand dauert etwa 2/3 Werktage , Wichtig ist unbedingt den Tauschgrund angeben , da sonst eine Ersatzkarte 29,95€ /Xtra 22,50€ kostet ! Der Tausch der SIM ist 1:1 , Rufnummer bleibt und wegen Generationswechsel , der bei dir ja vorliegt, selbstverständlich kostenlos !

Hi es geht auch eine Nano SIM zu erhalten und diese erst wenn sie da ist über die Hotline aktivieren zu lassen.
Hatte jedenfalls bei mir so geklappt. War dann nur ca 10 Minuten offline und nach neu Start des iPhone ging dann alles
Einfach fragen. Oder hat in den Shop gehen wie oben geschrieben

Hallo,
es ist kein Problem, sich die Karte inaktiv zusenden zu lassen. Dann einfach bei der Bestellung mit angeben. Die Aktivierung kann dann telefonisch oder über das Kundencenter erfolgen, dann ist man maximal ein paar Minuten von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten.
