MeinMagenta App startet mit Fehlermeldung

Hallo,

ich habe die MeinMagenta App neu auf mein Smartphone installiert (Android 11).

Ich habe Email und Passwort eingegeben und erhalte dann sofort diese Fehlermeldung:

"Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Exception while calling ContractsApi ..." (siehe Bild).

Neu-Installation hat nichts gebracht.

Wo liegt das Problem?
