Mailbox iphone

Hallo,

 

auf meinem iPhone 6s (iOS 1.1.2) werden im Telefonmenü keine neuen Nachrichten auf der Mailbox angezeigt bzw. per SMS signalisiert.

Rufe ich meine Mailbox dagegen über die 3311 an, werden die Nachrichten bereitgestellt.

Auf die Aktivierungs SMS der visual Mailbox kam übrigens keine Antwortnachricht zurück.

Ach ja, es handelt sich nicht um einen Prepaid Tarif.

Was muss ich ändern bzw. woran klemmts?

    Hallo und guten Tag, @cb_42.

    Die maximale Speicherdauer für neue Nachrichten beträgt 21 Tage, für alte Nachrichten hingegen 7 Tage.

    Abrufbar sind diese „manuell“ dann zwar immer noch nicht, aber meinen Informationen nach, nicht mehr über die Anwendung selbst.
    Stimmen diese Werte denn mit deinen älteren Nachrichten überein?
    Wenn ich deinen letzten Beitrag jetzt richtig verstanden habe, dann macht die Visual Voicemail aktuell alles richtig, korrekt?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
