Hallo,

ich möchte die MagentaTV App auf mein Tablet installieren. Es ist ein Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 SM-P605 mit Android-Version 5.1.1

Wenn ich bei Google Play auf installieren klicke erscheint "dieser Artikel ist nicht mit deinem Gerät kompatibel"

Warum geht das nicht? Für Hilfe wäre ich dankbar

Zu altes Android, du brauchst Android 6.0 oder höher.
