Magenta TV APP schwares Bild aber mit Ton

Guten Tag zusammen,

meine Magenta TV App funktioniert nicht. Ich hab zwar Ton aber kein Bild beim abspielen.

Neuinstallation der App hat nichts geändert.

Android Version 10.0.0.4

Huawei P30

Wäre echt schön wenn man mir bis Mittwoch helfen könnte sonst muss ich das Paket nämlich noch widerrufen da es ja eh nicht funktioniert.
