Magenta Prepaid L Tarifwechsel von 5GB auf 7GB

Hallo telekomhilf-Team,

habe soeben einen Prepaid Tarifwechsel von Magenta Prepaid M auf Magenta Prepaid L gebucht.
Laut online Buchung ist zur Zeit von 5GB auf 7GB Datenvolumen erhöht wurden. Leider musste ich nach der Buchung feststellen das in der App nur 5GB statt 7GB angezeigt werden. Habe davon einen Screenshot gemacht ( siehe Anhang) .

Bitte um Klärung des Problems
