Lieferzeit Apple Watch 5 mit VVL

Hallo,

 

haben vor 4 Wochen eine Apple Watch 5 ES Schwarz LTE im Rahmen einer VVL bestellt.

Bin Magenta 1 Kunde und hatte ein Reservierungsticket.

 

Bei der Hotline kann mir keiner sagen wann die Uhr geliefert wird. Gibt es keinen bei der Telekom der darüber Auskunft geben kann??
