Hallo,

ich hatte direkt am 09.02.2022 meinen Vertrag verlängert.

Dazu habe ich ein Samsung S22 Ultra 512GB in der Farbe schwarz bestellt (Liefertermin 25.02.2022).

Leider habe ich immer noch keine Sendungsnummer und unter der Auftragsverfolgung wird mir nur angezeigt, dass keine Informationen vorliegen.

Ich bitte daher um Klärung.
