Kosten bei Vertragsverlängerung in höheren Tarif mit Smartphone

Guten Tag,

 

ich befinde mich gegenwärtig in einem "MagentaMobil M Young mit Handy" Tarif, welcher mich monatlich bis zum Ende der Vertragslaufzeit 44,95 Euro kostet. Dieser Vertrag wurde gekündigt und läuft am 27.09.23 aus. Zur Zeit spiele ich mit dem Gedanken einen "MagentaMobil XL Young mit Handy" Tarif im Rahmen einer Vertragsverlängerung zu buchen. Dieser würde mich laut Website mit meinem Wunschhandy und -subventionierung einmalig 109,95 Euro und monatlich (in den ersten 24 Monaten) 99,95 Euro kosten. Ab dem 25. Monat betragen die monatlichen Kosten laut Website 114,95 Euro. 

 

Frage 1: Wenn ich heute am 22.08.23 die oben geschilderte Vertragsverlängerung durchführe, verlängert sich die Mindestlaufzeit ab dem 27.09.23 um weitere 24 Monate (und nicht ab heute bzw. dem Zeitpunkt der Online-Buchung)?

Frage 2: Wenn ich heute am 22.08.23 die oben geschilderte Vertragsverlängerung durchführe, wird die Kostenstruktur des neuen Tarifs mit sofortiger Wirkung übernommen (und nicht erst ab dem 27.09.23)?

Frage 3: Wenn die ersten beiden Fragen mit "ja" beantwortet werden können: Der neue Tarif würde demnach von heute an (dem 22.08.23) bis zum 27.09.2025 bezahlt werden müssen. Vom 22.08.23 - 22.08.25 unter den Kosten der ersten 24 Monate und vom 22.08.25 - 27.09.25 unter den Kosten "ab dem 25. Monat"?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
