Keine Auftragsbestätigung nach Onlinevertragsabschluss

Hallo, 

 

am 20.06. habe ich telefonisch einen neuen Handyvertrag abgeschlossen. Bis heute habe ich keine Auftragsbestätigung bekommen.  

Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich die Bestätigung zeitnahe per E-mail bekomme. 

Nun frage ich mich, ob alles geklappt hat.
