Kein Telefonieren möglich wegen geringem Guthaben trotz Jahrestarif?

Hallo, trotz gebuchtem (und bezahltem) 5G -Jahrestarif kann ich während eine Auslandsaufenthaltes in der Schweiz plötzlich kein Telefonat mehr ausführen und erhalte eine Ansage „Ihr Guthaben beträgt 57 Cent, bitte laden Sie auf.“

Auf einem anderen Gerät, gleiche Situation (Tarif & geringes Guthaben) besteht das Problem nicht. Woran kann das liegen?
