Kein sms im Ausland

Hallo

bin im Ausland und nutze iPhone XS mit e-sim und eine sim für urlaub

mein Problem ist das ich keine sms auf meine Telekom Nummer bekomme 

obwohl ich beide netzte nutzen kann und laut Einstellungen beide für sms frei sind 

Was kann ich da tun

senden scheint auch nicht zu klappen 

 

bitte um eine schnelle Hilfe

      musste die e-sim dafür frei schalten mit *222#
