Kündigung Speedbox

Ich möchte eine Speedbox kündigen, die 2020 auf den Namen meiner Frau angemeldet wurde. Ich habe von diesem Vertrag die Rufnummer, SIM-Kartennummer und die Kundenkontonummer, aber leider fehlt mir dazu die Kundennummer, die für eine Kündigung zwingend erforderlich ist. Wie kann ich diese für die Kündigung in Erfahrung bringen?

    Guten Morgen @Wolfi9,

     

    vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Die Kundennummer ist auf der Rechnung aufgeführt. Sie können für die Kündigung auch unser Kontaktformular nutzen, dort wird nach der Kundenkontonummer gefragt. Bei weiteren Fragen bin ich da.

    Das ist überhaupt nicht schlimm. Der Link von meinem Kollegen ist für unsere Geschäftskunden. Oder geht es Ihen hierbei auch um einen Geschäftskundenvertrag?

    Hallo Lilia, nein, es ist ein Privatkundenvertrag, war wahrscheinlich ein Versehen, alles gut in der Hoffnung, dass ich bald Bescheid bekomme, nochmals besten Dank.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
