iPhone X verliert wlan-Verbindung

Ich war vorher mit eine iPhone 6s Plus in meinem wlan zuhause im Netz und habe nun ein neues iPhone X . Das verliert jedoch ständig seine Verbindung zum wlan, muss oft sogar ganz neu angemeldet werden... wer hat einen Rat. Apple help ist ratlos, was selten vorkommt!

      Aktuelle Firmware auf dem Iphone ? weil nachdem das X kam, gabs noch mal ein Update 11.1.2

      @UlrichZ Ja genau, SSID und PSK nur Buchstaben und Zahlen. Mein Problem ist, dass ich Sonos als rein WLAN-betriebenes Lautsprechersystem nutze. Und Sonos funktioniert leider nur mit 2.4 Ghz und 802.11g - muss doch irgendeinen Weg geben, dass auch mit dem iPhone X hinzukriegen....Sonos.PNG

      @dirkpa: Ich würde dennoch mal für einen Tag den Übertragungsmodus testweise ändern.

       

      Ist der SP W 723V ein Mietrouter? Dann würde ich an Deiner Stelle auf einen aktuellen Smart (2) umsteigen.

      War auch beim 7er so und beim Xs ist es noch schlimmer

      Hallo und guten Tag @Hitpass-Isselburg und @laugani.

      Ich denke, dass der Tipp von UlrichZ in diesem Fall zum gewünschten Erfolg führen wird.
      Bitte aktivieren Sie einmal das jeweils andere Frequenzband (entweder 2,4GHz oder 5 GHz).
      Danach sollte die Verbindung wieder stabil sein. Fröhlich
