iPhone 11 Pro Umtausch Neugerät?

Hallo,

 

ich habe im Rahmen meiner Vertragsverlängerung ein iPhone 11 Pro bestellt und auch bekommen. Leider ist das Display gelbstichig und kontrastarm (TrueTone u. Night Shift sind aus) und sehr dunkel (habe es mit dem selben Modell eines Freundes verglichen). Zudem verliert das Handy sporadisch die Datenverbindung.

Ich habe den Kauf per Rücksendeschein innerhalb der 14 Tage nach Lieferung widerrufen und wünsche einen Umtausch. 

 

Meine Frage: Bekomme ich ein wiederaufbereitetes iPhone oder wird ein fabrikneues Gerät verschickt?

      Hallo,

      beim iPhone 11 ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines neuen Geräts ja relativ hoch. So lange ist es ja noch nicht auf dem Markt.

      Wenn du tatsächlich alles widerrufen hast, dann wird die komplette Vertragsverlängerung widerrufen. Sobald dies erledigt wurde, informieren wir dich und du kannst deinen Vertrag erneut verlängern. Selbstverständlich bekommst du dann ein nagelneues Gerät. Fröhlich

      Ich glaube das funktioniert nicht wenn ein Handy dabei ist. Wenn du eins widerrufst, wird das anderen glaube ich auch storniert und du musst es neu machen.

      Guten Abend @oirams,

      entschuldige bitte die späte Rückmeldung. Es ist immer entscheidend was auf dem Retourenschein hinterlegt wird. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, dass man auf den Retourenschein notiert, dass ein Umtausch gewünscht ist, da das und das vorliegt. Dann wird lediglich das Endgerät getauscht.
