Ich habe eine Prepaid-Karte, aufgeladen mit 15 € aufgeladen und kann trotzdem nicht telefonieren. Es kommt sofort die Ansage, "Teilnehmer besetzt". Was muss ich in den Einstellungen bei Samsung ändern?
