How to replace the SIM card as English speaker

Hello,
I lost my SIM card recently, and want to order the replacement. I tried calling the helpline but it's in German, and I can't understand it.
I tried whatsapp chat, they just pointed me to the helpline.
What should I do? I am currently not in Germany, so can't take help from friends/colleagues.

A replacement SIM card cannot be sent abroad.
Have you at least blocked your current Sim?

I have a friend's address in Germany where I can receive it.
I am unable to block it either so far because of language issues.

But the address has to be yours. No SIMs are sent to third parties either.

@Gelöschter Nutzer already gave you the correct answer. The Address must be the same address. I can't send the new SIM-Card to another Address. Did you already block the SIM-Card you lost?
