Hello everyone,

For the past three weeks, I’ve been having an extremely frustrating experience with Telekom’s customer service. I honestly can’t express how upset I am about the rudeness and lack of willingness to help that I’ve encountered.

I urgently need my call records to be reviewed by an objective quality assurance team, and I hope Telekom will take the necessary actions to improve their service. However, I haven’t been able to find any official email address or contact form where I can submit a complaint.

Does anyone know how I can do that?
