Hot Spot ist Schrott

Hallo, habe vor ca. Einer Woche hot Spot von der Telekom bezahlt und das für 30 Tage. Leider hatte ich in dieser Woche keine Verbindung zu eurem Hotspot, es ist katastrophal!! Was genau muss ich tun um mein Geld wieder zu kriegen?
