Help canceling contract

Hello!

I have written twice to widerruf-mobilfunk and both times it feels like the people don't read my message because they keep refusing to cancel my mobile contracts I didn't want in the first place saying 14 days have passed.

The first time when I contacted widerruf-mobilfunk , which was in the 14 days period, I explained the situation that door to door salesman lied to me to get signatures out of me and I asked to cancel everything related to these orders and the person responded with:
I have received your order and immediately forwarded it to our specialist department.
Please refuse the SIM cards if a delivery attempt is made.
You will receive a confirmation for your records.

I refused the SIM cards delivery and thought everything was fine but then I got a letter from Telekom stating that a plusCard is now my main contract and that's why I started to contact Telekom support again.

Please help me cancel these contracts which were created by giving me false information. I can provide the emails that I had with Telekom support.

      I usually sleep during the day because I work in the night shift, so I might miss a call during the day, but I'll try to pick up anytime.

      I have also had a similarly very bad experience with Telekom. I'm an international student in Germany currently, with limited German proficiency. Two rangers came to my flat last November, saying that the building's internet was being changed to optic fibres. They said tenant's consent was required. They took my IBAN and signatures under false claims. Later, 5 sim cards arrived in my name. I never have used those sim cards. Yet, I've already been forced to pay around 500 euros already to Telekom under threat of legal action. This August, I received a bill of 846,50 euros for just a month! I am undergoing severe financial and mental distress for these reasons. I do not speak German well, and have already raised several tickets with Telecom and visited several service centers, but no one was able to help me. I even wrote to wiederruf.de, but they took did not help me! I am now suffering from anxiety attacks and am unable to get this Matter fixed. Please help!! I can give you the phone numbers of the rangers who came to our flat.

      I have paid the outstanding 846,65 euros to Telekom, which according to you, were the fees of cancelling my contract before 2 years. I was assured that I would receive no more bills from Telekom.


      I will send you both the payment records via private messages.


      I now demand these things from you:

      1. Letter confirming cancellation of all contracts in my name with Telekom.

      2. No more bills from Telekom in my name.

      3. Letter saying Telekom has agreed to the above, cancelled my contract, and I will not receive any bills from now on henceforth.
