Help canceling contract

Hello!

I have written twice to widerruf-mobilfunk and both times it feels like the people don't read my message because they keep refusing to cancel my mobile contracts I didn't want in the first place saying 14 days have passed.

The first time when I contacted widerruf-mobilfunk , which was in the 14 days period, I explained the situation that door to door salesman lied to me to get signatures out of me and I asked to cancel everything related to these orders and the person responded with:
I have received your order and immediately forwarded it to our specialist department.
Please refuse the SIM cards if a delivery attempt is made.
You will receive a confirmation for your records.

I refused the SIM cards delivery and thought everything was fine but then I got a letter from Telekom stating that a plusCard is now my main contract and that's why I started to contact Telekom support again.

Please help me cancel these contracts which were created by giving me false information. I can provide the emails that I had with Telekom support.
