Problem gelöst:
Mich hat eben ein freundlicher Mann aus der Hotline angerufen, also:
Das Problem ist bekannt und liegt an VoiceOverLTE, hat also nicht direkt was mit Samsung zu tun.
Man muß die betoffene SIM-Karte (ich habe 3 zu meinem Vertrag für Handy, Auto und PC) in ein altes Handy tun, welches noch keine VoiceOverLTE hat, da muß man dann einmalig ins Netzt und *43# eingeben.
Jetzt kann man die Karte wieder ins S8 packen und das Anklopfen funktioniert.
