Bevor man jetzt wie wild lostelefoniert muss man allerdings wissen, dass das noch nicht gültig ist und noch nicht in Kraft gesetzt ist.
Also zunächst weiterhin in Mobilfunklaufzeitverträgen von Deutschland in die EU Gesprächskosten vom Handy aus von ca. 70 Cent/min bis 1 Euro/min
