Hallo zusammen,

ich besitze 3 Prepaidtarife,seit ca.8 Wochen wird bei einer Rufnummer weder in der App noch unter dem Code *100*3# die Freiminuten angezeigt.Ich habe mehrmals die Telkom per Teleon kontaktier.tBis jetzt konnte man den Fehler nicht beheben bzw.wusste keine Rat.Vielleicht weiss ja jemand woran das liegen kann

    Guten Abend @emilio1,

     

    ich habe gesehen, dass @Dishmaster dir bereits den passenden Hinweis gegeben hat.

    Der Tarif MagentaMobil Prepaid 5G -Jahrestarif wurde ab dem 17. Mai 2022 Bestandswirksam unter anderem

    mit einer Telefonie-Flat in alle deutschen Netze aufgewertet. Die bisherigen 200 Inklusiv-Minuten

    in alle anderen deutschen Netze sind daher nicht mehr notwendig und entfallen.

    Ich wünsche noch einen angenehmen Abend und bin gerne bei weiteren Fragen wieder für dich da.

    Vielen Dank für die Info. Das konnte dieTelekom mir am Telefon nicht sagen. Merkwürdig.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
