Frage zum mobile Roaming innerhalb Ländergruppe 1

vor einem Jahr

Hallo Zusammen, 

 

ich habe einen Magenta Mobil L (2017) - fahre nach Österreich und möchte von dort via Mobiltelefon eine österreichische Nummer (Handy und/ oder Festnetz)  erreichen. 

 

Welche Gebühren fallen jeweils an? 

 

Wie sähe es aus, wenn ich von dort eine deutsche Nummer oder eine andere Nummer der Ländergruppe 1 erreichen möchte?

    Es fallen genauso Gebühren an, als wenn du in Deutschland eine Nummer von Vodafone (als Beispiel) anrufen würdest.

     

    Also alles was deine Flat in Deutschalnd abdeckt, gilt auch in Österreich.

     

    Nur das Datenvolumen ist, falls unlimited durch den Magenta1-Vorteil, auf 93 GB beschränkt.

    Also wären die Anrufe inklusive, da durch die Flat abgedeckt - so sehe ich das auch. Ja, ich habe den unlimited Vorteil, das mit den 93 Gb wusste ich noch nicht. 

     

    Seltsam nur, daß mir gerade die Hotline unter 2202 und auch via Chat was anderes erzählen wollten, deshalb meine Frage hier.

    Du kannst gerne auf ein Teamie warten, die dir das dann bestätigen.

     

    Aber Vorsicht im Ausland mit Servicenummern, da zahlst du drauf.

    Hallo @RaZi,

     

    es ist so wie es hier schon geschrieben wurde.

     

    Meine Tochter war auch in Griechenland und hat mit ihrem Handy mehrfach ein Taxi gerufen (griechisches Handynetz) und es wurde nichts berechnet, weil es unter Roam-Like-At-Home fällt.

     

    WLAN-Call , solltest du zur Sicherheit deaktivieren.

     

    Ich wünsche dir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
