Fehler in der Magenta App

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe einen Magenta XL Tarif mit 5 Zusatzkarten.

Leider habe ich seit ein paar Tagen den Fehler, dass die anderen Zusatzkarten nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Ich habe unten ein Foto beigefügt, die App neu installiert habe ich auch schon, hilft leider nicht..

Hat hier evtl. jemand eine Lösung?
