Fehlende Telekom Auftragsbestätigung nach Bestellung und Aktivierung (Beauftragung via Check24 und Logitel)

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe am 12. Dezember 2022 via Check24 (und Logitel) einen Telekom-MagentaMobil-Neuvertrag abgeschlossen mit Rufnummernwechsel von o2 zum 23. Dezember 2022.

 

Der Auftrag wurde auch sofort von Check24/Logitel auch bearbeitet. Kurz darauf kam via Logitel auch meine Telekom-SIM-Karte per Brief, ich habe also Kartennummer, PIN und PUK bekommen. Die Aktivierung und Rufnummerübertragung vor Weihnachten hat ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert, technisch läuft bereits alles. Ebenfalls habe ich bereits am 23. Dezember 2022 meine E-Mail Adresse für die Kommunikation von Vertragsinformation bestätigt, was anschließend bei der Einrichtung des MagentaEINS Vorteil auch sofort funktioniert hatte.

 

Was mir jetzt noch fehlt ist die eigentliche Auftragsbestätigung des MagentaMobil-Neuvertrags, um an der Telekom 240 € Cashback Aktion teilnehmen zu können. Die Zeit wird dafür jetzt ein bisschen knapp, da der Aktionszeitraum zum 31.12. endet...

    schön, dass du mit deinem Anliegen den Weg zu uns gefunden hast.

    Ebenso vielen Dank für das Ausfüllen von deinem Profil, so konnte ich mir bereits einen Überblick verschaffen.

     

    Wie eben im Telefonat besprochen, habe ich umgehend eine Kopie der Auftragsbestätigung auf den Weg gebracht.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
