Fehlende Auftragsbestätigung 3 Monate nach Bestellung, obwohl Rufnummernwechsel in 4 Tagen ist (Beauftragung via Check24)

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe am 23. Juli via Check24 einen Telekom-Neuvertrag abgeschlossen mit Rufnummernwechsel von Vodafone zum 17. November.

Der Aufrag wurde Ende Juli von Check24/Logitel auch bearbeitet. Anfang August habe ich meine Telekom-SIM-Karte per Brief bekommen, ich habe also Kartennummer, PIN und PUK . Vodafone hat mir per SMS am 25. Juli auch die Portierung zum 17. November bestätigt.

 

Aktuell ist die SIM-Karte nicht aktiviert, jedenfalls verbindet sie sich nicht ins Telekom-Netz. Ist ja zu erwarten, der Vertrag sollte ja auch erst mit der Portierung starten.

 

Soweit so gut, nur ist seitdem nichts mehr passiert. Vor allem habe ich noch keine Auftragsbestätigung von Seiten der Telekom bekommen, oder auch nur irgendeine Kommunikation von Seiten der Telekom (nicht mal eine Einstimmung zur Email Nutzung und kein herzlich willkommen - nichts).

 

Klappt denn alles zum 17. November? Wann kommt die Auftragsbestätigung?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
