FamilyCard Freundin Rufnummernmitnahme

Guten Tag,
ich würde gerne meine Freundin zur Telekom holen und ihr eine FamilyCard einrichten. Ich selbst habe bereits einen Vertrag bei der Telekom. Dafür würde sie gerne ihre Rufnummer mitnehmen. Für eine Portierung müssen ja die Vertragsinhaber stimmen. Wenn der alte Vertrag entsprechend auf mich umgeschrieben wird, sollte das ja eigentlich gehen, jedoch kann man bei der FamilyCard keine Rufnummernmitnahme anwählen. In anderen Community Posts steht, dass das aber ein Mitarbeiter vornehmen kann. Nachdem ich jetzt aber mit der Hotline telefoniert habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass das nicht geht. Jetzt wollte ich fragen, ob das wirklich nicht (mehr) möglich ist und wie ich vorgehen muss, damit die Rufnummermitnahme wie gewünscht funktioniert?

    Wie du schon richtig geschrieben hast, müssen die Vertragspartner übereinstimmen, damit wir eine Family Card für deine Freundin unter deinem Vertrag einrichten können. Die Rufnummernmitnahme ist nach wie vor bei einer Family Card möglich, jedoch nicht online. Dies können wir für dich dann veranlassen. Melde dich einfach, sobald beim alten Anbieter alles soweit geklärt ist, und dann telefonieren wir dazu, denn ich benötige einige Informationen von dir.

    Du musst Dich entscheiden zwischen entweder Rufnummernmitnahme oder vermutlich besseren online-Konditionen

     

    Wie alt ist die Freundin denn? Falls sie noch in die Telekom "Young" Kategorie reinfallen sollte, dann wäre ein Young Tarif vielleicht noch besser als eine Family Card. Und der Young Tarif kann direkt auf sie selbst laufen.

    Ein Young Tarif geht auch völlig unkompliziert mit der Kombination Rufnummernmitnahme und Online-Vergünstigungen.

    Falls man unter 28 Jahre alt ist.

    @moritzscheve, das stimmt, was @muc80337_2 hinzugefügt hat. Wenn ich das hier mit der Rufnummernmitnahme buche, dann erhältst du keine Onlinerabatte.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
