Esim purchase loading?

Hello, 

I just purchased a mobilfunk data plan for esim yesterday and finished the ID verification process but haven't gotten an update since. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do something or just wait for telekom to activate the esim.

I haven't gotten a mobile number and the contract is not showing under my login so I'm kind of lost. 

I've used an esim just previously without any issues so I'm pretty sure no problems with my phone. 

How long does telekom usually take to activate the esim on their end?

      @user_50a885 Maybe wait until the end of the week, it won't be that quick.

      As a precaution, you can fill in your profile details completely so that the team can contact you if necessary.

      a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
      b) Select "My settings".
      c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
      d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.
