eSIM für neuen Vertrag kann nicht geladen werden

Hallo

 

Habe mir den Ausprobier-Mobilfunkvertrag bestellt und angegeben, dass ich eine eSIM möchte und die direkt auf meinem Gerät zur Verfügung gestellt werden soll. Dazu habe ich im Bestellprozess die eid meines Pixel 5 angegeben.

 

Allerdings ist trotzdem irgendwas von arvato an mich unterwegs und die Funktion zum Downloaden einer eSIM arbeitet nur immer kurz und zeigt mir dann die UI zum Scannen eines QR-Codes an.

 

Hab ich was falsch gemacht?

    nein, Du hast nichts falsch gemacht. 

    Bei einem Neuvertrag bekommst Du immer das eSIM-Profil mit DHL. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Zustellung wird die SIM automatisch aktiviert. Bei mir hat es ca. 2 Stunden gedauert. Mein iPhone hat mit dann automatisch angezeigt, das eine eSIM zur Verfügung steht, da ich ebenfalls die eID angegeben habe. Ob das Pixel das auch macht, weiß ich nicht. 

    Übrigens: wenn du z.B. eine MultiSIM als eSIM dazu bestelltst, geht das direkt ohne Zusendung. Bei einem Neuvertrag musst Du immer auf den Aktivierungscode per Post warten.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
