Hallo Team, ich versuche seit Tagen, eine Apple Watch über die Familienkonfiguration einzurichten. Die eSIM ist versehentlich auf dem iPhone gelandet. Ich habe jetzt per Post einen neuen Aktivierungscode erhalten. Bitte verknüpfen Sie meinen Smart‑Connect‑Tarif jetzt manuell mit der EID meiner Apple Watch, damit alles funktioniert, sobald der Brief ankommt.

Good evening Kathrin,
It is not about transferring, i can explain the situation. I went to your store in Stuttgart where i really had bad experience. I bought an Apple watch SE 3 GPS + Cellular for my daughter. Store gave me QR code, they did not do my watch EID and when i scanned the QR code it was installed in the iphone rather than in watch. in my iphone the number was saved as secondary number and not on watch. I then deleted the esim from my iphone. Later on i tried and esim did not work. I had a live chat with one of your colleague and the she guided me clearly. She again ordered new esim QR code for me which i will recieve by post in coming 2-3 days. meanwhile she asked me to post here about the watch EID update from backend and told me that you will help me to install the EID of my watch so that whe i will reieve the esim QR code and pair my watch again with my phone then i will automatically see the esim smart connect flex plan and can do a family set up where my daughter can have separate number. Can you help me to manually set up my watch EID number?

Please enter your 32-digit EID of the Apple Watch and your customer data directly into your private community profile (the field is called "Telekom helps profile"). Only the moderators can see that.
The experts in the forum can often switch the contract in the system to the EID of your watch before the letter even arrives at your home. Once the letter is in your mailbox, you just need to open the Watch app, and the activation will start automatically!''
