eSim Aktivierungscode

Hallo, 

 

am 17.09.2020 habe ich telefonisch beantragt meine SIM gegen seine eSim zu tauschen.

Ich sollte 30 Minuten später einen Aktivierungscode erhalten, leider ist dieser bis jetzt nicht in meinem Kundencenter zu finden.

 

Könnten wir dies nochmal versuchen?

 

Da ich inzwischen bereits in Ägypten bin, habe ich die normale Sim auch schon aus meinem Iphone 11, durch eine Ägyptische ersetzt.

    Gerne bin ich behilflich. Bitte hinterlege doch deine Rufnummer in deinem Profil.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
