Disney+ by Telekom 12M geschenkt - kündigen nicht möglich

Hallo liebes Telekom Service Team,
ich möchte vorerst Disney+ kündigen. Ich habe das Paket von der Telekom, wo es die Option gab Disney+ 12 Monate gratis zu bekommen. Leider gibt es für mich keine Möglichkeit diese Option zu kündigen. So sieht es in meinem Kundencenter aus:
