Der neue Standard 5G nur möglich mit Verzicht auf alle Langzeitkundenvorteile?

Hallo Zusammen und liebes Telekom-Hilft Team,

 

ich habe mich jetzt etwas durch die Vertragsapp und die Website gelesen, habe ich es richtig verstanden, dass man bei der Telekom in den Genuss des neuen Standards nur gelangt, wenn man auf sämtliche angesammelten Langzeitkunden-Vorteile verzichtet?

 

Ich zahle aktuell 34,95€ abzüglich Magenta 1  Vorteil von 10,00€, effektiv 24,95€ monatlich.

Jetzt würde ich auf den exakten Vertrag wechseln mit 5G , dieser kostet 12 Monate 34,95€, danach 39,95€, hier der Magenta 1 Vorteil nur noch 5€.

 

Jetzt auf 2 Jahre gerechnet:

- alt, 24x 24,95€ = 598,80€

- neu, 12x29,95€ + 12x 34,95€ = 778,80€

 

Sind einfach mal 180,00€ Aufpreis für etwas, was mittlerweile Standard ist, wirklich?

 

Telekom packt immer mehr "Mist" in die Verträge um die steigenden Preise zu rechtfertigen, aber wenn ich im kleinsten Vertrag nicht einmal meine 4GB Datenvolumen benötige, was soll es dann für mich (durch mehr Kosten) an Vorteil bringen, 6GB zu erhalten?

 

Festnetz + Internet + TV + Handy + Familycard und dafür erhält man einen Magenta Vorteil von 5,00€?

 

Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich mich einfach nur verlesen habe und es doch einen Grund gibt, warum man für 5G bei der Telekom bleiben sollte.

    da ja aber ich bei der Telekom und im passenden Telekom-Hilft Forum falsch bin, benötige ich keinen Anruf, ich werde wie es von

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
