Deleted esim

Please help me with deleted e-sim, i need new activation qr code. I dont have any more access to my esim card so i cannot receive sms when i try to order new qr code over “Contract Details > My SIMs > Settings > Security Check >SIMExchange > Change SIM card type > Next > eSIM profile > Activation code > Confirm”

      Call the support hotline at 2202, they should be able to help you out. If the operator does not speak English, hang up and call again until you find someone who does.

      thanks for your time frame.

      I already tried to get you by phone - unfortunately without success.

      Should I try it again later this evening?

       

      Moreover, you have the possibility to go to one of our Telekom Shops they can hand you also one.

      Maybe this option is faster because I have to send you a new QR code via post.

      Sarah, sorry for not answering on your call, i was on other line.

      Unfortunately Telekom shop in Solingen is closed due to renovation few weeks.

      You can call me anytime from now on.
