Hallo, ich hab am 30.7. einen Vertrag über corporate benefits mit 20% Rabatt auf den Grundpreis abgeschlossen. Heute kam die erste Rechnung, der Rabatt wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Wie kann das sein?
