Hallo,

ich habe am 24.3.23 einen neuen Vertrag abgeschlossen (Nummer lief vorher als prepaid)

Leider wird mir jetzt der Cashback Antrag aus folgendem Grund abgelehnt:

Sie haben Ihren Mobilfunk-Vertrag außerhalb des Aktionszeitraums abgeschlossen/verlängert.

Könntet Ihr euch das bitte mal ansehen?
