AW: Mein Galaxy S10 Plus - Softwarestand

Hi zusammen,

 

bin neu hier und wollte jetzt nicht ein Neuen Thread eröffnen, falls unerwünscht bitte löschen oder gegebenfalls verschieben.

 

Habe durch VVL gestern das Galaxy S10 bekommen.

Hab das Gerät noch nicht ausgepackt weil auf dem Strichcode die Bezeichnung DTM steht.

Also dies bedeutet doch das ein sogenanntes Branding drauf ist,richtig?

An der Hotline bekomme ich verschiedene Aussagen zu diesem Problem.

Die einen sagen das es kein Branding mehr gibt und die andere meinte es gibt das S10 nur mit Branding , wenn ich eins ohne möchte, sollte ich vom Vertrag zurücktreten und es mir im freien Markt kaufen. 

 

Was ratet Ihr mir was ich am besten tun kann? Und 

besteht wirklich nur die Möglichkeit an ein freies Gerät zu kommen, wenn ich den Vertrag Widerrufe?

    Bitte mal den Beitrag von @freeser und die Antworten dazu verschieben in einen gesonderten Thread oder in den Thread " Branding war gestern...", da es hier ja nicht einmal um mein Thema geht.

    Ist klar, erst mal irgendwohin schreiben, weil man keinen neuen Thread aufmachen möchte.

    Wenn Du überhaupt was in meinem Thread gelesen hättest oder in dem anderen, wo es um Branding geht, wüsstest Du, dass ich mein S10+ vom freien Markt habe und auch, dass es aus einer VVL eines anderen Telekom-Kunden und bei einem Vermittler stammt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
