Hallo,

seit kurzer Zeit fehlt in meiner Mobilfunkrechnung die Anrede „Herr“, ist das normal und kann man das wieder ändern? Die geschlechtsneutrale Anrede finde ich etwas befremdlich/unpersönlich.
