Alle ausgehenden Anrufe ins Ausland für Zusatzkarte sperren

Ich habe eine Zusatzkarte zu meinem Postpaid-Tarif gebucht und möchte hierfür alle angehenden Gespräche ins Ausland sperren. Ich habe hierfür auf meine iPhone den angegebenen GSM-Code samt korrektem Kennwort eingegeben. Leider erhalte ich nur die Meldung, dass das Setzen der Sperre nicht funktioniert hat. In einigen Forenbeiträgen habe ich gelesen, dass diese bei expliziten Kundenwunsch durch die Telekom gesetzt werden kann. Ich bitte um Mitteilung über den weiteren Ablauf, um die genannte Sperre zu setzen.

    08003302202 anrufen und Sperre setzen lassen. 
    Oder auf einen Teamie warten, der kann die Sperre auch setzen.

    Was meinst Du mit "Zusatzkarte"?

    Eine Multi-SIM? Die hat die gleichen Anrufmöglichkeiten wie die Haupt-SIM, das kann man nicht unabhängig einrichten (lassen).

    Eine PlusKarte? Die kann man unabhängig vom Hauptvertrag einstellen (lassen).

    leider konnte ich dich telefonisch gerade nicht erreichen, um dir bezüglich der Sperre zu helfen. 

     

    Wir versuchen es morgen Vormittag noch einmal. Solltest du nur zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit erreichbar sein, sag uns hier gern nochmal kurz bescheid.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
