Abfrage restliches verfügbares Datenvolumen bei Zusatzoption : Travel Mobil Basic World

Hallo Experten,

Ich habe ein Problem: zu meinem normalen magenta Tarif habe ich für den Auslandsaufenthalt die Zusatzoption: Travel Mobil Basic World für einen Monat gebucht zum Preis von 29,95.

in dem Tarif ist ein Datenvolumen von 1 GB enthalten.

Momentan befinde ich mich im Ausland und es stellt sich mir die Frage:

Wie kann ich nachkontrollieren wie viel Daten-Volumen ich bereits verbraucht habe beziehungsweise wie viel ich noch übrig habe.

ich finde man sollte schon wissen, was man bisher an Datenvolumen verbraucht hat und was noch zukünftig zur Verfügung steht. Ich habe leider weder in der App noch auf der Webseite entsprechende Informationen zum verfügbaren Datenvolumen der gebuchten Zusatzoption: Travel Mobil Basic World gefunden. Ich erhalte immer nur Informationen für das Inland Datenvolumen, was mir in diesem Fall nicht weiterhilft, da ich ja im Ausland bin.

 

kann mir jemand helfen oder sagen, wo ich besagte Informationen abrufen kann?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
