guten Tag ich habe meinen meine Prepaid Karte gekündigt und eine Nummer Mitnahme beantragt jetzt wurde ohne Kündigungsbestätigung die Prepaid Karte gekündigt ich kann somit nicht mehr telefonieren und somit auch keine Hotline anrufen und der neue Betrag erst ab 2. Februar gültig.ich bitte um Hilfe
