Probleme mit Synchronisation, auch nach Neu-Installation der MagentaCloud-Software

Wegen nicht lösbaren Probleme mit der Synchronisation habe ich alle Dateien aus der MagentaCloud gelöscht und anschließend die MagentaCloud-Software komplett deinstalliert und alle Ordner MagentaCLOUD  und Papierkorb gelöscht.

Nach Neuinstallation der MagentaCloud-Software sind folgende Dateien nach der Verbindung des Client mit der Magenta Cloud wieder im Ordner MagentaCLOUD enthalten:

 

.owncloudsync.log

.sync_fcc813a8d805.db

.sync_fcc813a8d805.db-wal

Desktop.ini

 

Der Status des Client steht auf Offline

Die .sync- Dateien verhindern wohl die Synchronisation

Wie kann ich die Synchronisationsprobleme lösen.

    Ich nutze den originalen Nextcloud-Client anstatt der MagentaCloud-Software.

     

    ich habe aber auch die .log und die sync... Dateien im Lokalen Ordner auf dem PC und die Synchronisation klappt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
